Purchased a house in Flagstaff Arizona with two partners and conducted a renovation of the space, both the house and the landscaping. Led design as well as the build team on both sides of this project, managing cost and schedule un order to finish the project before the august 1 deadline in order to open the space for prospective renters.Continued remote in order to place an ADU on the property. Responsibilities for this side of project included sourcing of the ADU, permitting with city and state, and coordination of all aspects of the project including utilities, installation of unit, and necessary inspections.

Facilitated the completion of multiple projects by managing subcontractors, both in scheduling their service and while onsite, as well the RFI and Submittal processes. Led review of shop drawings to confirm details were correct and overall dimensions were accurate in comparison to architectural drawings. Coordinated communication between owner, architect, and contractor, and drove OAC meetings.

Sacramento, California, United States

Completed two renovations as part of a team of four. Designed custom solutions for both vehicle interiors with the goal of a comfortable open floor plan without sacrificing storage and specific use spaces. Worked on all aspects of the build including carpentry, metal work, plumbing, electrical, and all finish work. Renovations include a kitchen with running water, solar setup, and custom interiors.

Rock Spot Climbing has opened four facilities in the northeast and aims to provide a safe, fun climbing experience to all. The gym welcomes climbers of all ages and abilities to climb at their state-of-the-art indoor climbing gyms.Facilitate the operation of the climbing gym including all sales, new climber orientations, membership applications, and customer service while on shift. Responsible for opening or closing of gym facility which includes the physical state of the gym as well as money drops from registers.

I took a gap year between high school and university to travel and I went to South America with my two friends for 8 months. During this time we spent about 4 months on farms doing construction work as well as working with local farmers on their various crops.
