I have always had a passion for sport and how it can affect the development of children and young adults. Since completing my degree in Physical Education with Sport I have taken an interest in delivering sports to younger children to help their personal and emotional development. As a Health Mentor at Evolve it’s important to recognise how much impact physical activity can have on children at such a crucial point in their development.
