Responsible for JFD Submarine Escape and Rescue Product Line inclusive of services, programmes and projects.

As the Head of Capability - Submarine Escape and Rescue, I provide the connection between the Customer needs, JFD's Business and new Technology, to ensure that JFD remains the supplier of choice for many navies across the world. Working will all departments, in particular the business development and operations teams, I ensure that the JFD's capability in Submarine Rescue continues to provide effective solutions for our customers needs.

Project delivery, through design, production, trials and acceptance, of two Deep Submerged Rescue Vehicles (DSRV). Pivotal in leading teams and suppliers through challenging circumstances to remain on schedule and overcoming key risks to the project and business.

Delivered a multi-million pound Swimmer Delivery Vehicle (SDV) project from concept design through to delivery and customer acceptance, managing an international team. Intrinsic in the development and delivery of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), System Safety packages supporting the initial acceptance of platforms.

As the Global Services Manager for the Submarine Escape and Rescue Services for NATO, Australia and Singapore, managed multiple teams, in delivering a services and projects to cost, schedule and requirements of the various Contracts.

Acceptance Lead for the Typhoon and Hawk for Oman Programme covering all deliverables (Aircraft, Training devices and other Support elements). Responsible for developing and approving acceptance plans, defining the integrated schedule and securing successful completion of Acceptance Events and high value Payment Milestones.
