Asset Protection - North & EastIndirect contract through Turner & TownsendKey roles / benefit delivered:○ Managing Network Rail’s involvement in up to 40 projects from initial contact, through contract negotiation and construction management to close out. ○ Managing Network Rail's design governance on large projects. This involved recording, directing, and tracking multidisciplinary design submissions on multiple schemes simultaneously.○ Managing complex and often conflicting stakeholder groups ranging from the public, councils, contractors, and engineers both internally and externally to Network Rail.○ ‘ACE’ system champion for the north of England. Instrumental in the rollout, ongoing development and colleague training for Network Rail’s new project/stakeholder management system.
