Construction of Financial Model on MS Excel for Investment Appraisal using NPV, IRR and Sensitivity Analysis3. Prepare Information and Investment memorandum for Fund raising purposes4. Sourcing, negotiating and cooperating with 3rd party funding institutions and partners Implementation and disbursement of funds for approved companies in my portfolio5. 1. Extracting data from RCCG Base, the organisation’s central database running on SQL Server 2008. 2. Cleaning data and preparing data for analysis and reporting3. Exploring trends and patterns in membership donations structure, direct debits, cash donors, cancellations and return donors etc. helping to identify and interpret trends in data.4. Monitoring operational performance through regular and ad-hoc analysis to support key decision makers across the organization using key measure including membership satisfaction ratings, retention rates, conversion rates value per donor etc.5. Importing and Exporting data (ETL process) to a usable format (e.g. Access, SQL, Excel, etc.) to support the creation of all performance management related reports.6. Providing all custom and standard performance measures and making reports available to users in custom templates and style, suitable for senior management meetings.

Engaging with internal clients to understand analytical and reporting requirements, exploring clients databases, cleaning and prepare data for analyses and developing analytical framework while ensuring delivery meets clients expectations.2. Developing scenarios and what-if, using advanced spreadsheet modeling techniques to identify opportunities to optimise ROI on key investment decisions to ensure future stability and financial growth.3. Carrying pre-campaign analysis to understand the consumer profile as well as using SQL to select data for direct marketing campaigns – Direct Mail, Email and Telemarketing, D2D and Mail Orders, ensuring the right audience is targeted for each campaign.6. Working with senior campaign managers to develop and deliver customer insight to drive targeted marketing campaigns, using customer profile to understand the difference between Responder and Non-Responders and using insight to drive future campaigns.

Extracting data from various business databases for analysis and forecasting, producing Financial KPI and Management Information reports to informing key strategic decisions and formulating business strategies.2. Building spreadsheet models to simulate key investment and spending decisions and the impact on cash-flow and profitability, making recommendations to senior management on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions.3. Developing KPI reports, highlighting financial performance to aid medium to long-term business planning/forecasts, highlighting trends and patterns in the data.4. Negotiating with suppliers on major purchases, raising invoices while ensuring all outstanding invoices are paid as and when due, reconciling invoice systems against supplies and ensuring all accounting systems are up to date.5. Communicating financial data, analysis and reports to non-financial managers, while liaising with other function managers to put the finances and accounts into business contexts

Responsible for preparing financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis etc. making recommendation to support key business investment decisions.2. Preparing Tax returns, Month End returns and ensuring all invoices are paid in time.3. Performing bank reconciliations and audit bank sections4. Preparing lead schedules and audit transaction balances for clients5. Coding and posting of invoices, reconciling the client’s profit figure6. Carrying out reconciliation of the various finance systems to ensure consistency of reporting as well as developing ad-hoc reports to support planning and decision making.
