Profile bio

About Benjamin Bianco

I don't normally talk about myself in the third person, I just like this bio: Ben Bianco joins as a Proposal Manager to support Jefferson’s rapid growth trajectory. He is bringing 7+ years’ experience in USAID new business and project delivery and seeking to expand his proposal skillset into Jefferson’s wide variety of Federal clients. Upon returning from Peace Corps in Morocco in 2017, Ben first found his love for the new business grind at EnCompass, LLC. He progressed through a series of new business positions at DAI, until a proposal win launched him into a new role as Technical Writer on a $40M USAID/West Bank and Gaza project supporting Palestinian SMEs. Applying his economic growth background and affinity for the MENA region, he collaborated with local staff to ensure all reports and program designs exceeded client expectations. Ben is a Pittsburgh, PA native with a BSc from Penn State and an MBA from American University. I am always happy to chat about international development and swap career tips with other early career professionals who have similar interests and ambitions.
