- Organize and manage the designing/manufacturing of the aerodynamic lifting and control surfaces of our team’s aircraft.- Conceptualize the design and layout of the plane’s flight surfaces using CAD software and manufacturing methods.- Effectively coordinate onboarding and recruitment initiatives while fostering a positive work environment.

- Conducted a study to investigate the correlation of vial stopper heights and air transfer into a vial, determining the potential for a compromise of patient safety and drug product quality.- Designed and prototyped a syringe measuring device using CAD and 3D printing that will be implemented throughout R&D and GMP manufacturing at Regeneron. - Learned and executed nitrogen overlay functionality during the vial filling/closure process and used this capability to quantifiably analyze the amount of oxygen that entered the vials after a certain amount of time. - Authored 40+ pages of engineering documentation outlining and justifying the purpose, procedures, parameters, scope, and results of my research. - Operated the KCP5060 lab-scale fill/finish manufacturing machine to collect data throughout the research process.- Presented findings to leadership and 100+ full-time employees via a poster expo and presentation.

- Inspected aerospace components using coordinate measuring machine programming, smart-scopes, and many other high-accuracy inspection gages (GD&T).- Wrote VBA code to increase the efficiency of monitoring over 450 orders on the inspection queue and provided training on how to use the new system. - Collaborated with cross-functional groups in the dispositioning of non-conforming aerospace parts.- Initiated and managed corrective actions on defective parts for the aerospace production line.- Assisted in root cause analysis to discover the source of specific part defects. - Reviewed and updated engineering documentation including contract reviews, part drawings, First Article Inspection Reports, quality notifications, and detailed inspection plans.
