The Customer Innovation (CI) division is dedicated to strategically coordinating and streamlining our services and products to better support local SMEs. By fostering cross-functional collaboration, CI ensures that policy, governance, and service quality work cohesively to support companies at scale. Additionally, CI facilitates the development of end-to-end product life cycles, including the creation of new digital products, schemes, and policies, enhancing our capability to meet the evolving needs of our businesses.Key projects: • Enhanced Market Readiness Assistant (MRA) platform - Multi agency project aimed to redesign the end-to-end MRA grant experience. Managed the project to design and implement a system that revolutionizes business support. The Data & Transformation office (DTO) supports EnterpriseSG’s internal stakeholders and empower them to serve Singapore Enterprises better. Through design thinking, change management, and data transformation, TO work with multiple divisions across the board to enhance the productivity, efficiency, and experience of our officers. Key projects:• Innofest - Lead organiser for EnterpriseSG’s first internal hackathon to spur ground-up innovation. 17 project teams were assessed by Executive and Senior Management, and impactful projects are implemented and scaled to benefit the work of our officers. One of the product that emerged from Innofest was a business discovery and assessment tool. It gave our officers greater insight into our local companies and granted them more confidence in assessing their needs to provide the best support for them. Key metrics:o 2023: 244 engagements, 107 participants, (10/14) 71% project conversion.o 2022: 189 engagements, 95 participants, (3/20) 15% project conversion.• Grant automation - Supporting project manager for the automation of EnterpriseSG’s flagship grant, Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG). PSG Automation had been demonstrated to improve assessment time by up to 90%. This significantly eased the workload from the voluminous amount of grants, which also improved the experience of grant applicants. Led in data operations by establishing and translating business and technical requirements to construct a reliable data pipeline connecting the grant system to the internal data hub.
