Currento Delivered procurement support to the Home Claims Insurance Business. This includes full lifecycle management for each relevant procurement category involving deep supply chain, brand understanding, market intelligence and analysis, sourcing, supplier development, risk management, demand/consumption management, and contract negotiation, development, and execution.o Preparing required documentation for contract and Panel Agreements under Suncorp’s Register of Authorities (RoA) standard policies and execution such as SOAP (Strategy on a Page), Contract Sign Off, Legal memo, Finance, Tax and Risk Sign off, Risk Assessment Decision Matrix, Executive summary and Board paper, and presentations to the Business and Executive Leadership members. o Managing and leading the execution of Variations, Extensions, Agreements, Panel Agreements and Projects across Information Communication Technology, Commercial, Content, Home, and Engineering categories while maintaining and overviewing monthly contract expiry reports and Pipeline reports. o Supporting and enhancing a consistent approach to develop and maintain key supplier/ repairer/ stakeholder relationship and ensuring sustainable supply and service by being the key point across categories for all end-user queries and needs. Achievements o Project lead on a national rate benchmarking negotiation activity with Suncorp’s 40 supplier building panel to mitigate inflation and ensure that scope of work rates are better than industry standard. With an annual contract cost of $489.1m, negotiations enabled a full year cost reduction saving of $8.4m.o Source to contract 12 material suppliers for Suncorp’s first Bulk Buy program with an annual cost saving benefit of $17.4m, which enables Suncorp’s building panel and subcontractors to access more competitive market pricing then they could otherwise access in the open market. o Built and implemented an automated companywide Expression of Interest process and database
