My employment with Conspec Controls began as an Electronic Engineering Technician responsible for production and testing of our Heat, Flame, and Gas Detection equipment. Throughout my 7 years with the company my role has evolved and expanded to Inside Sales/Marketing, Quality Management, and Netsuite ERP Management with the following responsibilities:• Specify product and system solutions through collaboration with our engineering team. • Manage requests from inbound sales inquiries in the HVAC Market. • Manage opportunities/quotes through the sales process to closing in HVAC Market. • Support, maintain, and expand the company’s CRM database for existing customers, leads, and prospects within the HVAC Market• First-line support for incoming sales-bound calls HVAC Market • Support of incoming phone calls for order placement.• Support outside sales reps with quote generation• Collaborate with the marketing group in development/release of product bulletins, advertising campaigns, and website updates.• Manage Quality System and implement new policies/procedures
