Established a new team of 15 to plan all operations activities for major turnarounds greater than $20M over multiple turnaround cycles for the site. Put in place team to improve frontend development and operations input to projects greater than $1M on a project portfolio of $200.• Built a team that planned turnaround for best-ever shutdown and decontamination schedule from 14 to 9 days saving $6M on an $80M turnaround.• Reduced the number of blinds in the TA by 26% which represented a cost savings of $.5M and reduced personnel exposure during the decontamination process.• Developed plan to leverage Asset Management Strategies in order to reduce turnaround cost to between Solomon 1st and 2nd quartile and improve unit reliability.• Improved safety performance from 4 company recordables on previous large turnaround to Goal Zero on next 2 large turnarounds for operations personnel.
