This approach is what sets DCBrain.com apart in delivering effective SaaS solutions.As the Chief Revenue Officer at DCbrain, I have defined & implemented the sales and marketing strategy with strong results (signing Tier One clients such As Total, Engie or CMA CGM, creating the notoriety of the brand,...). Launching a cutting edge product, on brick and mortars sectors such as utilities or transport is a challenge but once you prove value, the path gets clearer. Selling and delivering an AI-Based software also allowed me to better understand the deep organizational changes AI brings. Being CRO in a startup was a natural move after 6 years in strategy consulting, where I was in charge of top line projects (pricing, revamping of offers portfolio, digital offers construction, reaction to competitors' new launch, business planning, …) Although the job was super instructive and allowed me to build strong professional competences (analytics, data-oriented, rigorous, to name a few), I did miss getting my hands dirty. At either BearingPoint and DCbrain, I have the chance to work with fantastic team mates. Rome was not built in one day, nor by one person. I am open to share strategy insights and sales ops tips, and exchange on how new technology can disrupt all kind of businesses.
