Technical Support Representative turned Digital Marketer.I've supported small to medium-sized businesses' IT equipment, servers, and end-users with technical issues. I then moved to work for a software company where I was a technical support agent. Similar skills were required in terms of troubleshooting.Having proven to be an efficient troubleshooter, I was promoted to a management position within the support team. Strong communication skills then led to a promotion to Customer Success Manager which involved more direct, over the phone/Zoom communication with customers and clients.This evolved to me ultimately moving into a digital marketing role where after extensive on-the-job training under an experienced marketer I was made the marketing director.At each stage, promotion, and transition, I've developed processes, systems, and plans to make sure the highest and best use of all available resources is being met. Looking back, the amount of personal and professional development that led from being a technical support agent to marketing director was tremendous, but I had the mentorship of experienced individuals who graciously imparted much of their time and marketing wizardry into me.
