Career Development Center Graduate Assistant

- Manage the CDC student ambassador group (over 40 student volunteers total).- Coordinate bi-weekly class meetings for group focused on career presentation topics, presentation skills, professional development, and other relevant material .- Create/ maintain online training resource web page for ambassadors - Coordinate and manage coverage for the professional development series: LAUNCH that serves over 500 students annually. - Critique ambassador performance. - Manage incoming career presentation requests for Ambassadors from housing, Greek life, student groups, and CDC staff members.- Present creative career outreach workshops (including resume, interview, social media and job search preparation) sessions independently or with staff or ambassadors. - Conduct mid- and end-of-semester evaluations for CDC ambassadors and share constructive feedback on strengths and areas for growth.- Assist with recruitment/ interview process for new ambassadors each semester.- Assist with planning of training retreats, held once each semester.- Mentor Ambassadors and challenge them to reach specific measurable goals to support the mission of the CDC. - Track results of the Ambassador program and assess outcomes for future improvements
