Accushield's team is dedicated to enhancing the safety and value we deliver to senior living communities. As the current Director of Account Management, I work with all our current customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our system. The most important thing to my team and me is building collaborative relationships with our customers. No two senior living communities are alike, nor should the support their vendor partners give them. Whether we integrate with another system to make data cleaner, implement an additional feature to provide more functionality, or expand our relationship with the customer by adding a new community, we want to do it as an extension of our customer's team.
