The early focus of the organization was to assist, nurture, and promote the development and growth of Chinese American businesses in the greater Orange County area. As the organization evolved, OCCACC expanded its activities to include mixers, seminars, and business expos to integrate itself into the current business landscape. Additionally, since 1993, OCCACC has provided scholarships to outstanding high school seniors in need of financial assistance for higher education.

• Alternative investments for accredited, qualified, and family office investors, with direct access to financial products that are typically available to institutions. Investments include Pre-IPO, hedge fund, private equity, and real estate.• Grew revenue by 10X from low 8-digit to 9-digit in transactions volume.

• Manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients who require financial services and products to meet their needs. Primary point of contact and key business advisor for the clients, while responsible for growing the portfolio by obtaining new businesses and retaining/deepening existing relationships. Analyze clients' financial and operating strategies, recommend alternative or additional financial services to best meet the clients' immediate and long-term business needs.• Interact directly with decision makers within the clients' companies. In charge of leading, directing and coordinating key extended colleagues in the analysis and execution for an effective delivery of their products and services to clients and prospects; this involves coordinating clients' involvement by the team's specialists in credit and payments. Target companies are $20MM+ in annual revenues.

Responsible for independently identifying prospects, developing new business relationships, and growing the relationships in the portfolio that are under management. Work with clients and prospects to present solutions to short and long term strategic objectives, while ensure the highest quality of service and maximum financial return for the bank. Perform ongoing portfolio management. Target companies are $20MM-1Bn in annual revenues.

• Generate business loans, deposits, cash management and fee income for the Business Banking Group. Develop business banking relationships both independently and in partnership with retail banking managers and bankers. Responsible for originating/boarding new business relationships, and growing existing portfolio throughout nationwide. • Responsible for identifying, acquiring and growing new and existing profitable accounts relationships with businesses that have annual gross revenue of $10-$50MM. In charge of all phases of the sales life cycle, including sourcing, effective utilization of relevant systems, following applicable policies and leveraging product knowledge.
