Current► Executive Director (Jan. 2013 - Present) Overseeing the daily operations of the organization including staff in pursuit of accomplishing strategic plan goals. Working closely with the Board of Directors on initiatives and reporting progress.► Stewardship Director (July 2007 - Jan. 2013) Responsible for monitoring GVC held easements, working with the private owners of these lands, and managing GVC’s owned properties for their natural characteristics and public access. Also assisting on acquisitions, public relations, fundraising, education and other tasks.► Interim Executive Director (Aug. 2011 - Dec. 2011)Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office administrative duties and managing three staff while a search was conducted for an Executive Director. Additional responsibilities included working with the Board of Directors on advancing the mission of the organization and continuing ongoing conservation projects during the transition period. Upon hiring of a Director, working to help transition in the new Director.► Stewardship Staff (May 2007 - July 2007)Hired to fulfill the stewardship functions of the organization as GVC began a search to create a permanent Stewardship Director position, the second full-time staff position at the organization.► Stewardship Intern (Jan. 2007 - May 2007)Completed the annual monitoring of GVC's conservation easements, outstanding baseline documentation of easements, and assisted the organization with other duties.
