Leaving clients and participants thrilled with an event is not a bonus, but rather my target as I passionately build out each step of a great event. The first came as a member of a 3 person team that helped No Barriers realize their long-term goal of hosting their annual Summit in a huge metropolitan market, NYC. My team oversaw every element of the event including a multimillion dollar budget and 3,000+ participants. The second, while serving as a member of this team and part of the small organization as a whole, we were able to complete our 2018 event season with 95% of our participants reporting, "This program changed my life". This speaks to the power of experiential learning, my unwavering dedication to getting the job done, and ultimately my passion for event management.An interesting fact about me, while serving in AmeriCorps, I lived in a living history reenactment town in Montana. When I'm not working I balance my love for spending time with my wife and two young children with my interest in music history and playing hockey in my local adult league.
