Designed network and drove automated process to refresh 17,000 small-site networks (around 200 per day) during business hours with less than 15 minutes of downtime per site. Also responsible for driving short-term networking and product refresh strategy, including working with other areas within telecommunications to ensure strategic conflicts were non-existent.

Assisted in various network environment design rollouts, including creation of a new DMZ, various environment changes requiring load-balancing or content switching changes or design, extension of internal private network to external vendor partners, creation/maintenance of site-to-site VPN, and deployment of a content delivery network for delivery of streaming media.
