Course was a major Governance Global Practice global public good in support of the World Bank’s Citizen Engagement Strategic Framework, with online enrollment of 16,650.• Co-designed course curriculum, learning objectives, assignments, and other pedagogical elements, and worked with faculty of global experts to develop lecture scripts and supportive educational materials.• Managed partnerships with LSE, ODI, Participedia, CIVICUS, GPSA and Making All Voices Count.• Wrote blog posts and feature stories and co-designed communications strategy for course promotion.
