This program saved over 2,000 hours of consulting time resulting in over $292,000 in savings and ensured the initiative completed on time and under budget.• Manage the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) responsibilities. Coordinated training for staff and fixed the architectural issues inherited from a previous implementation.

Also, I was able to negotiate the return of over $1,500,000 of product to multiple manufacturers without incurring 15% restocking fees.• Lead the Item Master data cleansing initiative that resulted in greatly increased data quality.
