Reporting directly to the CFO on three separate analytical projects all involving research, analysis and subsequent presentations to management.1. Researched the viability of multiple metropolitan locations, for potential business locations. Particular attention paid to local regulation such as SB1383, incumbent vendors, and population demographics.2. Undertook market research survey and analysis to determine customer preferences and willingness to pay for weekly food waste composting services, involving face to face interviews and an online survey.3. Assisted with business case relating to creating a potential new fleet of electric vehicles providing local food waste recycling collection. The analysis primarily used excel, involving financial modeling and KPI metric assessment.
