• Primarily responsible to monitor and update the identity services (MPI, Provider Directory, etc.) within the clinical Health Information Exchange (CHIE)

• Monitor the identity services of the system to ensure that the identity services of the CHIE are working properly
• Coordinate the interface of data to the CHIE-both inbound and outbound, with an emphasis on Data Quality and a focus on the identity services

• Establish operational schedules and conduct maintenance routines, training programs and performance and reliability testing, monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure the effective operation of all technical components of the Health Information Exchange.
• Monitor and assist in the development of data systems architecture in the HIE cloud infrastructure. Participate in developing alternate design approaches to achieve excellence in data exchange between care providers.
• Provide analysis and recommendations regarding hardware platforms and software solutions to management. Lead in systems testing and verification.
• Develop monitoring and testing regimens for all aspects of the HIE and provide supporting documentation for all routine maintenance of architectural products, including architectural descriptions, EHR interfaces.
• Participate as a collaborator with management to plan for, implement and deploy production data services, applications, interfaces and middleware.
