Application Support Analyst
After just 8 years on the ICT Service Desk, I moved into the Application Support team in WCC. This was a 3rd line team which main responsibility was providing 3rd line support for some of WCC suite of Application plus areas of M365. Some of my responsibilities include:• Exchange Administrator (Managing and supporting the Exchange environment)• SharePoint Administrator (Managing and supporting the SharePoint environment)• Managing and supporting a Windows 2012 R2 Server• Managing and supporting Oracle SQL & MS SQL • Day to Day support and processing customer incidents and requests• Supporting a major project around redesigning a key social care system• Reviewing data and statistics using PowerBI identify Customer trends and ways of improving support processes. • Creating new documentation for new products and processes for the customers and existing staff. In some cases, running workshops or drop in sessions• Working with business to help, build new file directories and migrating the data from the old directory to the new directory using PowerShell• Creating PowerShell scripts to speed up routine tasks
