I pulled together the initial E2E plans per cross-business programme as well as the overall initiative level summary. I collated the weekly programme plan updates and consolidated these into the overall plan, providing QA and challenge to ensure transparency on any issues. • Alongside other duties I was also responsible for oversight of the initiative within dbClarity (governance system) & the associated top level reporting; as well as embedding the required PMO standards across all workstreams.Project Manager December 2015 to July 2017Global Markets lead for delivery of the Control Framework for the German Bank Separation Act, which was a regulatory programme primarily impacting the Front Office teams. • I led a bank wide workstream tasked with ensuring compliance by the July 2017 deadline.
