Member of the Change team and responsible for the end to end delivery of projects. • Responsible for producing the Business case on an Investment project, which involved confirming scope and requirements with the business lead and documenting this with associated resource and budget needs. • I then moved onto the Finance & Actuarial Programme where I led a project to harmonise processes across Phoenix & Standard Life. This consisted of 4 workstreams and I was also running the Liquidity stream of an MI project on the same programme.• On the Process Harmonisation project, I had to refresh the entire plan considering changing dependencies across the Programme.• I held regular Working Groups to track progress against the plan and managed Risks, Issues etc and the budget via their Smartcore system. I produced fortnightly reporting and updates to the Delivery Assurance Forum where I was presenting on project status to senior stakeholders.

Responsible for the end to end delivery of global programmes. • Acted as the Lead on the Legal & Comms workstreams of a Benchmarks Programme and as the lead on Shareholder Rights Directive (SRDII). Also managed a Records Management initiative and the final stages of GDPR.• On SRDII I collaborated with Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Compliance and business teams to develop and implement requirements across multiple European legal entities. One main requirement has already been satisfied and as I left, we were agreeing the best approach to meet new reporting requirements from June 2020.PMO Manager August 2017 to June 2018Member of the Brexit Central PMO team I was responsible for a number of activities including:• 6 Programme plans. I pulled together the initial E2E plans per cross-business programme as well as the overall initiative level summary. On my last assignment I was the Retail lead on the Mortgage Credit Directive, which is a regulatory programme primarily impacting the Sales & back office teams. I lead a team of 3 Business Analysts & one Project Manager tasked with ensuring compliance by the March 2016 deadline. My responsibilities include liaising with our IT supplier and the various business functions to deliver the required system and process changes.Prior to that I was the Programme Manager on the Mortgages Intermediary programme, which was tasked with delivering a whole new mortgage channel. In addition to leading the team I was also accountable for Post Go Live Support, which was responsible for the management and resolution of incidents post the various IT implementations and launch phases. I also initially managed the Commercial & Marketing strategy working with our Intermediaries Director to define our Proposition and distribution approach. Prior to joining TSB in October 2013 I was a Project Manager at Lloyds where I successfully implemented a number of differing projects.
