As Team Leader I was the main point of contact for each consultant and Doctor of the firm and also was required to have weekly meetings with the management teams.Whilst at Hugh Koch Associates I assisted the Management team in creating a new system and working procedure for the entire company, which is still in place today.

Whilst in this role, I was given my own litigation caseload, which I had responsibility over from start to finish. This included constant liaison with solicitors, and dealing with legal documentation, not to mention everyday administration.In April 2009, the Litigation Manager left, and I was promoted in their place. My responsibilities then took on to include weekly one to one meetings with the Owner and CEO of the entire corporation, as well as taking on the litigation cases whereby TNC where either the defendant or claimant party. This included the swearing of affidavit with the company solicitor, and dealing with official court documents.
