As a Samsung Marketing Manager my purpose and responsibility is to create a level of excellence within the marketing function that stands above our competitors in the marketplace. To create and implement a range of promotional activity within our retailers in order to develop the business and increase Samsung’s TV/AV market share.Accounts I have worked with so far include AO, Dixons & Shop Direct.

A partner facing retail marketing role, responsible for developing plans and strategies to drive the sales of the Microsoft consumer product portfolio, including Office, Surface, XBOX and Windows devices. In this role I worked closely with my partners to execute marketing activity in store, online and create demand generation via various marketing channels.The responsibilities included planning, managing and monitoring through the line campaigns to support an extensive product portfolio across multiple retail environments.This role was a 10-month maternity cover role which ended prematurely due to me being offered a full-time CMM role at Samsung.

This role is to support the Retail Marketing team in various group processes and general marketing activities. I primarily support the Channel Marketing Managers across all of the large retail accounts creating end to end customer scenarios while generating profitability and high customer satisfaction.

My role was to support the marketing manager and lettings manager in devising online and offline campaigns with the main objective being to achieve maximum occupancy of student tenants in all Vita Student residencies. Key Roles and Responsibilities• Supporting the marketing manager to plan and deliver the marketing and communications plan through offline and online campaigns• Managing daily and weekly reports to monitor the success of marketing activity • Delivering a first class viewing experience for students and investors when visiting both existing and new developments and ensuring that the studio apartment and its facilities are marketed to their full extent. • To follow up all enquiries and leads with a view to securing lettings for the accommodation through sales force.• Assisting in the management and coordination of on-campus events like housing fairs and promotional activity.• In depth market research of our competitors to ensure we remained competitive and kept abreast with market trends.• Manage our online community via social media websites including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram on a daily basis.

My role was to develop business relationships and partner a panel of intermediaries to exceed sales targets. This is achieved by developing and growing profitable relationships with intermediaries through generating sales and business consultancy. I predominantly achieved this via the telephone along with face-to-face visits where appropriate to support the overall Zurich Intermediary Group Distribution strategy. Key Roles & Responsibilities • Create, develop and manage relationships remotely with key intermediaries to promote Zurich Intermediary Group and drive sales.• Promote the Zurich Intermediary proposition (encompassing platform and non platform solutions as appropriate) predominantly using remote distribution methods. • Understand responsibilities associated with FCA membership (including TCF), and how this affects Zurich Intermediary Group and intermediaries. • Be at the leading edge of understanding the market place and industry developments when dealing with distributors. • Operate an effective Client Management system and robust sales process • Improve and update product and market knowledge and apply this knowledge appropriately.• Team marketing co-ordinator, meeting with the marketing team on a quarterly basis to discuss ideas and client propositions. • Managing our yearly ‘gifts and entertainment’ budgets.
