The operations group is a team of 25 students and 1 full-time specialist who work to set up hundreds of campus events and complete over 2000 to-do's throughout the academic year. My job is to coordinate with other university departments for event setups, delegate work orders weekly to the rest of the student team, and work with the other student executives to plan larger setups. This position emphasizes leadership, delegation, and communication.

Cedarville University has over 15,000 guests ($1.4 million in revenue) via different summer camps visiting each summer. I work on the team tasked with managing these camps. This position allowed me to develop a holistic view of guest relations and resort management while also providing me with leadership experience.

Cedarville Operations is part of a large team on campus called Campus Experience. The operations group is a team of 20-30 college students tasked with setting up multiple campus events on a daily basis.
