- Reporting of Daily, Monthly & Year to Date Trading P&L and Balance Sheet for assigned desks, ensuring timely, accurate and controlled reporting of the Bank’s trade portfolio including within the general ledger.- Analyse and report on material adjustments to the P&L and discrepancies to the Front Office flash.- Running of balance sheet reconciliations, investigating/resolving breaks in a timely manner.- Accurately capturing end of day market data (utilising Bloomberg/Reuters) for the Risk department.

Contracted by Resource Solutions.- Performing data analysis on Rates and Credit trade populations to assess eligibility for clearing and compression exercises in order to reduce risk exposures on the balance sheet (in terms of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) and counterparty risk) whilst generating add-on saves for the bank.- Co-ordinating and executing bilateral compressions, TriOptima (TriReduce) compression cycles, LCH and ICE clearing cycles for Credit products.- Management and co-ordination of the EMIR Portfolio Compression cycles, ensuring that we are compliant with the regulations. Liaising with senior internal stakeholders across Risk and P&L, Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance and Governance.- Running intraday clearing tasks for Rates products utilising MarkitWire and being the central point of contact to counterparties in assessing clearing eligibility.- Maximising trade tear up opportunity via book moves (hubbing) and considering the Risk and P&L implications in doing so.- Identifying process inefficiencies then innovating and implementing improvements.

- Independent management of the weekly process in submitting adjustments for Comprehensive Risk Measure (CRM) trades to reduce Risk Weighted Assets (RWA).- Root cause analysis of large volumes of banking data to ensure that the data loaded into the FCL database via FCAT is complete, accurate and validated.- Working and communicating with the wider Finance team to resolve issues.- Running P&L and BS MAFA reconciliations at a product level to review breaks between front and back office systems. Investigation into the underlying causes of breaks for substantiation and solutions.- Generating and posting journals into the SAP general ledger to address feed issues and adhere to accounting practices within the rates business area.- Production of month end pre-issuance packs (MI) for Finance Director review and carrying out ad hoc month end tasks.- Creating/improving KOPs and assisting in training and handover of work.- Participating in conference calls with senior management and offshore teams.- Completed various training courses covering financial markets and securities.

Assigned to Fleet Logistics Ltd - Member of TÜV SÜD Group.- Data manipulation, interpretation and Q-Q trend analysis.- Producing regular reports to strict deadlines and specifications for clients.- Review and enhance procedures for efficiency and improved outputs.
