Pareto's Executive function specialises in senior sales and leadership positions across all sectors. The focus as Client Services Director has been commercial leadership and day to day problem solving for the Executive office consisting of up to 20 team members across various teams. This included strategy, training, and development of each team within the division, overall responsibility for revenue across the Executive function, overseeing delivery of c130 headhunting projects across the year, and personal revenue contribution.
