• Coordinate with various teams in launching seven Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) bycoordinating duties, communication among custodians, brokers, and various servicesproviders• Expedite launching of the company’s first ETF accepting in-kind subscriptions in 2016 byadvising the teams with all the necessary process workflow and handling methods• Coordinate the implementation of new investment management system, Bloomberg AIM, bydesigning a new data channel between the new investment management system and existingaccounting system• Prepare financial analysis, financial modeling and analyze financial results of various funds• Collecting large data sets from various sources/databases to perform different financial analysis• Perform and review investments’ financial ratios for financial performance analysis • Prepare management reports and analysis on various fund performance• Prepare ad hoc analysis reports requested by the management• Review and approve net asset valuations performed by fund administrators• Create automations to streamline day-to-day workflow using MS Excel and VBA• Review pricing of suspended securities• Review cash activities and cash reconciliations• Review fund expenses accruals and arrange payment of invoices• Review funds’ subscriptions, redemptions, performance fee, and dividend distributions• Review funds’ expenses ratio (TER) for financial analysis purpose• Pre-match securities through Omgeo• Facilitate interim and year-end audit

• Validate valuation reports with professional accounting knowledge and techniques accordingto IFRS to ensure accuracy of financial information• Communicate with clients, fund managers and relationship managers on accounting orfinancial reporting-related queries in a timely manner and ensure all guest expectations weremet• Review and analyze financial reports to assess fund performance• Monitor reports from subordinates in Manila and Mumbai to ensure their correctness andaccuracy of work, maintaining zero error record of our team
