I completed a DOE for a proof of concept showing the ability to overmold a sump and gasket which eliminates need for a manual subassembly. Also, I helped in design and development of ejector box for QC base on 4000ton injection molding press for ability to easily eject prototyped parts. Rapid prototyping and testing of tools and parts was also completed.

Standardized workstations with a goal to reduce risk of injury to help to reduce medical expenses. Within the standardization, I created drawings of each workstation so that operators can easily see the correct setup of each specific job and also created a visual audit aid that will be marked on the floor so that managers can quickly see if things are out.

Worked as a summer co-op student doing research and development on the RA-1 parachute system with a goal to reduce measurements of each system during inspections. Ran data analysis using Microsoft Excel and MiniTab. Authored and presented a report in which I found that almost 1/3 of the measurements could be reduced which could save government money of.
