I'm a self-starter and a problem-solver who's always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and serve. Through my studies and experiences, I've become passionate about information security -- especially as it pertains to everyday people, who aren't always the most tech-savvy. I believe that data privacy should be a top priority to any company that we work with or buy from, and it's a goal of mine to help make that the industry standard.I am currently a Security Analyst at Nerd United, a blockchain incubator. I am assisting their Information Security team with analyses, scripts, research, triage, and more. I provide value to any organization that I'm a part of by being a curious, gentle-natured team player who keeps people in mind while working to secure our data and privacy from malicious threat actors.I graduated from Utah State University's Jon M. Huntsman School of Business in August 2023 with a degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity Emphasis. While studying at Utah State, I gained experience and knowledge pertaining to the tools and systems used in building and securing IT infrastructure, in addition to learning about business operations and practices. I am proficient in Python and SQL, and have solid experience in MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
