We are a semi-custom and full custom home builder, servicing mainly Kansas City's Northland area. The majority of our homes are in the $600,000-$10,000,000 price range. There is no limit to our capabilities.

I provide estimating services general contractors and subcontractors. I have extensive estimating experience in the concrete, masonry and carpentry trades. I have 9 years experience in very large to very small commercial projects & custom luxury residential projects at a GC knowledge base.My main focus is on providing services that allow my clients to put their focus on growing their business and managing their jobs and personnel, in lieu of spending precious work hours doing takeoff or reviewing scopes of work and specs...or worse yet, working through the night and giving up free time. I can free up your time and provide the services of a "full time" experienced estimator for a fraction of what my true salary would be if I worked directly for you!! My Services range from quick SF takeoffs, all the way to detail and pricing ready for material orders. Homoly Construction's only Estimator - worked on high end custom residential & small commercial projects.I provided all estimating services, subcontractor qualifications and worked on creating their estimating standard operating procedures. I also provided "green certification" setup and assistance to the project managers out in the field. Homoly Construction constantly strives to be the "Green" building experts for the entire Kansas City Metro area. Estimator for Corps of Engineers projects, focusing on Department of Defense work only. Hard bid and design build estimates. I provide conceptual and detailed estimating services, as well as purchasing, subcontractor relations and contract buyouts.
