Senior Reliability Engineer
Current-Develop and implement reliability engineering strategies to enhance the performance and reliability of aircraft systems, components, and modifications.-Conduct reliability analyses, including reliability predictions, failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), fault tree analysis (FTA), and reliability block diagrams (RBD), to identify and mitigate potential risks.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and operations, to integrate reliability considerations into the design, testing, and maintenance processes.-Lead in-service monitoring programs, utilizing data analytics and predictive maintenance technologies to optimize aircraft performance and reliability.-Evaluate and analyze reliability data from in-service operations, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.-Develop and maintain reliability metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and communicate reliability performance to stakeholders.-Support special missions aircraft modifications and enhancements, ensuring reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.-Drive continuous improvement initiatives in reliability engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
