Provide support and mentoring to the PAM Canada team and manage its IT infrastructure in an effective and efficient manner. This includes mentoring colleagues, supporting End–User IT requirements and providing daily support for YARDI and other property management tools with respect to reporting, information management, risk management, change management & effective knowledge management.· Sustain a highly engaged team by providing effective management, leading by example, communicating direction, mentoring, performance management, coaching and developing direct reports; and empowering individuals to make decisions and be accountable for their actions;· Prepare and maintain user manuals for Yardi users and guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions and periodic training as required· Evaluate current Yardi environment and recommend improvements and enhancements· Lead the planning and implementation of Yardi platform improvement projects· Guide the plug-in/hotfix process including writing test scripts, oversee testing and post-update evaluation· Directly manage a team of Yardi Analysts including planning, developing, providing overall guidance and direction, and training the team to success, while operating efficiently to ensure the needs of the business are met in a timely manner· Troubleshoot Yardi issues brought forward by end users and develop solutions· Stay current on new offering from Yardi and evaluate for usefulness in our environment· Analyse Yardi’s ability to perform ongoing client reporting requirements as a solution· Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking· Work and learn in a cutting-edge technical environment and be the Yardi SME for integration with other software· Collaboration with large Infrastructure support team to execute/implement company wide project plans· Partner with the Infrastructure teams on special projects.· Assistance in Onboarding/Exit process of employees
