He has first-hand experience in every facet of the property lifecycle including site selection and entitlements, understanding the client business and engaging with the design team, initiating RFP processes and coordinating construction operations with all relevant stakeholders through occupancy and closeout. He ensures project costs align with projections throughout the project lifecycle and reports to the necessary parties accordingly in a timely fashion. He also conducts site visits to monitor project progress and acts diligently in order to resolve any unforeseen issues to deliver the final product with superior quality, as scheduled, and within forecasted budgets.
