Passionate about storytelling, creative and technical writing, and delivering messages in alignment with intended audiences’ needs and preferences, I have excelled as a content creator for one of the foremost OSHA, safety, and infection control experts. Joining Karen Daw Consulting—aka The OSHA Lady—in 2020, it was arguably one of the most important times for providing accurate and timely information to the healthcare community. Initially supporting Karen’s executive administrative needs, I was quickly recognized for my writing strengths and asked to transition to become her key content creator and operations manager.★ ★ ★Given I did not have a background in the field, I took it upon myself to become certified and align with the industry’s leading organization. Through self-initiated education, thoughtful question-asking, and deep research and analysis, before I knew it I was being asked to ghostwrite highly technical articles on behalf of the owner, considered a leading subject matter expert in this field.
