I specialize in teaching athletes specific psychological/mental skills and strategies to improve focus, develop stable confidence, manage performance anxiety, and learn how to deal with the daily challenges of being a competitive athlete. These skills consist of positive self-talk, visualization, goal setting, and more to help athletes counter the mental obstacles that arise in competition. My work goal is to be able to aid an athlete in achieving optimal performance levels. I have the training necessary to assist athletes in developing a positive attitude, sense of motivation, emotional control, and increased concentration.

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end freight flow process, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods while optimizing costs and maintaining high service levels.•Monitor and analyze freight performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.•Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to freight transportation.
