  As a Service Technician, I am responsible for the maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of medium and heavy duty commercial vehicles. In order to efficiently maintain these vehicles, I utilize computer base diagnostic systems including Volvo Professional TechTool, Cummins Insite, Cummins EDS, Caterpillar CatET, Bendix Acom, WabcoToolbox, Eaton ServieRanger, and JPro. I also utilize online resources from the various OEMs and component suppliers to research schematics and service information.Additionally, I am the third shift lead technician. As third shift lead, I handle the administrative duties typically handled by the Service Writers on the other shifts. These additional duties include communicating with customers, managing workflow, creating and invoicing repair orders, and communicating with the Service Writers on the other shifts to ensure a smooth shift transition.
