Responsibilities include:- Resource Management - overseeing a diverse Team of Engineering Specialists, in the development of Test Methodologies, for verification of Product Performance and Robustness, across the entire range of Dyson Product offerings. Complementing the Operations Team on essential verification test demands, where necessary.- People Development, the heart of the organization, growing subject matter expertise in tandem as well as in anticipation of technological growth, enhancing "People Potentials" for both Dyson and the Team. Encouraging also to be given the opportunity to develop Graduate competencies.- Facilities Planning, with success stories in the transfer and installation of specialist test technologies, methodologies & facilities of all shapes and sizes, for the Singapore Technology Center and around the South East Asian Region, responding in advance of changing product offerings.- Financial Planning - managing departmental spending to budgets- Focus on Workplace Health & Safety and remains a long-standing member of the Safety Committee, for the Singapore Technology Center

- Managing of On-Going Reliability Test (ORT) programs for all Seagate Enterprise Class disc drives from 2003 to May 2011- Co-Developed the “Best-in-Class” Reliability Test methodology that contributed to Seagate being ranked as #1 Enterprise Class HDD Supplier at Key OEM’s, since 2007- Conceived the Re-Design, Re-Development and Re-Deployment of ageing Reliability Test Equipment, saving Seagate approx US$3 Million in Capital Expenditure in CY2006 alone- Responsible for the modernization of (other) Reliability Test Chambers & Equipments- Managed the transfer of New Test Technology (ie Hardware, Software or Interface Technology : SCSI, 3Gb SAS/SATA, 6Gb SAS/SATA) from US Design Centers to the Singapore Reliability Test Operations and (in later years) to the China Reliability Test Operations.

- Support Manufacturing Shop activities with Machine Tools, Jigs & Fixtures plus Consummable Stores- Implemented a Re-Design & Re-Deployment program for slow moving and/or redundant machine tools, fixtures & jigs, reducing said inventories by 40%- Simultaneously Managed the Company’s Central Stores and the Tools, Jigs and Fixturing Support Departments worth in excess of US$20 Million. - Achieved continued preferential pricing on high volume and common stock items
