I assisted a number of professors in joint research projects that focus on issues of access, persistence, and equity in higher education, both in the United States and in Europe.

Instructor for LPO 9951, PhD Student Research Practicum. This course is the first of a three semester series of courses designed to introduce first year PhD students to the practice of research, particularly the applied side of quantitative research. The goal of this course to help students prepare a paper that can be presented at a major research conference and, hopefully, submitted to a journal for publication.

I was primarily responsible for creating/editing the chamber's published materials, both digital and print. My other main responsibility included managing Inside Henderson, a year-long leadership program for young professionals.

Helped students from all academic disciplines become better writers through reading, writing, and revision assignments as well as guided class discussion.
