At Brucepac, I am responsible for the daily operations of the Network and Servers Infrastructure. I also perform upgrades and enhancments to the systems.Systems include VMWare vSphere, Cisco Networking, and an iSCSI Equallogic SAN.

Providing consultation and services in technologies such as Routing/Switching, Firewalls, LAN/WAN, VPNs, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Unified Communications, and Storage and Virtualization.

I really had a great time working with Bestbuy while I went to school.I got to meet new people every day, talk with them on a one-on-one basis and get to know them and their technology needs. Once we discussed the customer's needs, I would make recommendations on computer hardware, software, and home networking solutions.I grew my excellent interpersonal skills and learned about the sales process.This position had it's own unique challenges. This was a fast paced enviornment, there was alot to learn, and a certain level of performance was expected.
