Records Management or more specifically, Information Management (IM) is not just about control and the information technology that surrounds it. This discipline has evolved over the years and now demands 21st century contemporary approaches to transform organisational cultures.Information Management is a service delivery discipline which demands a user orientated approach, change management and seamless communications. These are the focuses I bring to this domain, having evolved my own career from experiences across Australia in the operations management, project management and data quality spheres. Through analysing cultural, process and risk issues, applying lean methodologies to process, applying change management strategies, using technology as an enabler, and leveraging Executive support I have led teams and organisations through the challenges of public sector information management holistically and strategically towards 'best practice'.I possess a unique combination of relationship excellence, strategic intent and an eye for service orientated delivery, which allows me to design and implement outcomes and exceed organisational goals.
