Upon completion of my seminary capstone project on a biblical-theological foundation for animal welfare, I launched and administrated a small, online-based Christian animal advocacy effort, with my most active seasons occurring between 2008 and 2012. I established and maintained a website (NotOneSparrow.com), writing and editing static page and blog.

In my first few months as church janitor I initiated and helped coordinate a church-wide cleanup project, and went on to maintain a clean-looking facility on part-time hours.

I studied toward and wrote a book which blended personal experience and reflection with reading in theology and the humanities. I helped publicize my book through establishing an online presence, as well as interviews and attempts to secure speaking events and signings.
