As a Research Assistant at University of Kansas Medical Center (UKMC), I apply my technical data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities to support various research projects and initiatives. I work with a team of researchers and data scientists to collect, process, and analyze large and complex datasets, using tools such as R, Linux, and Excel. I also communicate and present the findings and insights to stakeholders and collaborators in a clear and concise manner.I have a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Northwest Missouri State University, where I completed multiple projects and assignments that demonstrated my proficiency and creativity in data manipulation, modeling, and visualization. For example, I used Azure to build pipelines and train, score, and evaluate different data models, such as decision trees and linear regressions. I also used Tableau to visualize a COVID-19 dataset and examine the correlation between infection rates and death rates across different states. In addition, I have a Bachelor of Science in English/Language Arts Teacher Education and a Language Certificate in French from Université Savoie Mont Blanc, which reflect my passion and interest in languages, literature, and culture. I enjoy reading, writing, and learning new languages.
