When people are in a space together -- on the street, in a classroom, at a bar -- no matter how easy and obvious certain connections between them may be, actually executing these connections relies almost entirely on chance encounter. How simple would it be to allow individuals to provide information about themselves, available digitally to the people around them, to help surface these matches and foster valuable interaction? The Accelerated Digital Management Program (ADMP) was created to accelerate NBCU initiatives for digital expansion. In three rotations, participants are exposed to 360-degrees of the digital world from creation to sale. Rotations take place in divisions such as Digital Strategy, Digital Innovation, Digital Distribution, Digital Sales, and Digital Local Media. While on program, participants are given opportunity to refine and further develop their technical, analytic, and strategic skill set. ADMP members are exposed to and mentored by key digital NBCU business leaders. Upon completion of the program, participants are to have developed a business mastery, and both operational and commercial expertise. The program's objective is to build a robust talent pipeline for future senior leadership roles at NBCU
