Responsible for the generation of pricing and commercial material for initiatives involving the delivery of infrastructure and services into NBN Co. This role involved the development of project scope, material and labour inputs, calculation of risk, allocation of internal costs, and determination and application of margin in order to calculate pricing for commercial offerings. This included generation of cost models, incorporation of COLA/CPI into multi-year proposals, and generation of new SoR items (as well as one-off, bespoke proposals)Determination of accounting principles such as timing of revenue recognition, depreciation status, etc were also activities I undertook as a part of this role.

Generation of project proposals / contracts for the National Broadband Network on behalf of Telstra

Business Consultant for the design and development of processes to support an Australian national telecommunications project. Responsible for managing the development and deployment of project proposals (and subsequent projects) to ensure on time delivery.This involves program management of multiple projects, including the development of delivery frameworks and the establishment of PMO processes to streamline the generation of proposals, direct management of contract management staff, and negotiation with 3rd parties to facilitate project approvals.

IT Infrastructure Coordinator: Capital Projects.The role of the Infrastructure Coordinator is to manage a portfolio of projects pertaining to the Information Technology aspects of the capital construction portfolio and other, associated works.The principal function of this position is to provide professional expertise in relation to the development of new capital projects within BHS. The position oversees all aspects of the IT design and implementation within these projects. This will be undertaken in close liaison with the service partners and key stakeholders involved in each project.This role coordinates the selection, procurement and implementation of IT infrastructure within upcoming projects in conjunction with the existing IT Department within BHS.

Responsible to the Delivery Executive, the role of Service Delivery Manager is to manage the relationships between Customs and third part delivery teams to ensure that service delivery levels are maintained and that business expectations are met. The role was also responsible for the management of project and BAU resources in order to deliver internal and external projects and programs.

Accountable to Portfolio Director, the Project Manager is responsible for working with corporate clients in the scoping, design and implementation of several major IT infrastructure projects. This includes the development of strategic plans, systems analysis, coding, testing and user acceptance processes, as well as risk identification and mitigation. I was responsible for the delivery of Client infrastructure projects into a number of industries, from banking and insurance, to mining and energy generation.
