As the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) Director for the Production International Company group, my key responsibilities have included the following:- Overseeing the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification process across all production sites, ensuring compliance and the continuous improvement of the QHSE management systems.- Driving continuous improvement initiatives by implementing targeted action plans for identified priority areas and engaging the teams in these efforts.- Defining and deploying an ambitious CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy, aimed at reducing the group's environmental footprint while strengthening its social commitment.- Organizing and monitoring a rigorous program of internal audits.- Launching energy efficiency improvement programs across the various sites, leveraging best practices and new technologies.- Developing and implementing a dynamic QHSE communication plan, showcasing the group's achievements and reinforcing its reputation as a responsible brand.- Overseeing the project to develop employees' QHSE competencies through tailored training programs.- Directing and overseeing the project to create a new building, integrating QHSE considerations from the design phase and ensuring regulatory compliance.- Maintaining continuous vigilance on applicable HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and verifying the group companies' compliance.- Establishing and managing an incident and accident management system, enabling the identification of hazards, the analysis of root causes, and the implementation of effective corrective actions.- Defining a QHSE key performance indicator (KPI) dashboard.
