 I handle the reporting and billing of complex and high value insurance claims to outside reinsurers. My current claim diary has approximately 300 claims. I receive and review multiple monthly reports from various business units within the company. These reports are used to determine if any new claims need to be reported to reinsurers. Once that determination has been made, I assign those claims to other team members. I have taken a strong interest in our computer programs and have become my team’s report writing expert. In this capacity I have been asked to provide instruction on report writing and report usage to not only co-workers, but other business units as well.

 I am responsible for planning daily training sessions as part of a season long training schedule; including recovery and pre-game preparation. This also includes video review and tactical discussions. At the beginning of my tenure, I created a periodization based off-season conditioning program that has led to a consistent decrease in preseason injuries and improved stamina during the season. Current record is 45-9-3. GCL Coed Central Champions 2013-2015. Division II Southwest District Champions 2013, 2014. Division II State Champions 2014. My role as a head coach also includes advising players on the college recruiting process and key aspects to consider when making a decision. These aspects not only include athletics, but also academic and social aspects as well. At the conclusion of each season I provide technical and tactical evaluations for the players. The evaluations are based on a review of season long goals and observations of the players.

Cincinnati, Ohio Area

Train and coach up to 18 JV soccer players for fall high school season. Assist with coaching during varsity games and assist with practices during post season tournaments. Duties include establishing and supervising off season conditioning program, creating and organizing daily practices with up to four practices each week during the season, provide technical and tactical feedback. Also, educate and assist players with club playing decisions.

 I am the head coach of the ’99 Girls soccer team, which plays in the Kentucky Premier League and the Kentucky State Cup. I am responsible for preparing and designing daily and weekly training sessions. At the conclusion of each season I provide technical and tactical evaluations for the players. The evaluations are based on a review of season long goals and observations of the players.

Cincinnati Area

I was the coach for the KSA Elite 1 Girls Soccer team. I successfully developed and transitioned team from 8v8 to 11v11. I was responsible for multiple practices per week in addition to several games per weekend. In addition to my duties with the KSA Elite 1 team, I also assisted with the Kings Soccer Academy, training kids ages 4-8.

Cincinnati Area

Trained and Coached a U9 Girl's team in Fall 2008 and Spring 2009. Was responsible for weekly practices and game management. Spring 2010 - Coached a U11 Girls team and U9 Boys team. Fall 2010 was named coordinator for U10 Boys age group. Was responsible for organizing training sessions for multiple teams as well as talent evaluation for entire age group.
